When:  9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Where:  Pettibone Lagoon, La Crosse, WI Local federal, state and local agencies along with area businesses and nonprofit organizations will provide information, demonstrations, entertainment, and hands-on activities relating to fishing and boating to children of all abilities and their families.
